Os vilhenenses interessados em realizar a prova do Enem 2020, determinada para acontecer nos dias 17 e 24 de janeiro de 2021, terão que esperar mais um pouco. O Prefeito Eduardo Japonês (PV) emitiu um decreto nesta sexta-feira (15 de janeiro), cancelando a realização das provas no município.
Segundo consta no decreto, a gestão levou em consideração o grande número de casos de Covid-19 que estão sendo registrados nos boletins epidemiológicos vilhenenses. A alta nos casos, além das recomendações Estaduais e Federais, foram os motivos pelos quais o Prefeito decidiu cancelar a realização do Enem.
O Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (INEP) já recorreu à Justiça, e a decisão definitiva deverá dizer que haverá ou não o exame. O Instituto ainda alegou que não há previsão para uma nova aplicação do Enem 2020, haja vista que o exame de 2021 já está programado para ocorrer normalmente em novembro.
Enquanto os moradores de Vilhena aguardam, os cacoalenses já têm a certeza: Cacoal voltou atrás no decreto publicado anteriormente, liberando a realização do Enem na cidade. A decisão foi tomada durante uma reunião entre o Prefeito Adailton Fúria, seu Vice Cássio Goes, a Deputada Federal Jaqueline Cassol, dentre outros.
O comunicado da liberação foi realizado ainda na reunião, que foi divulgada em uma live pelo Facebook na manhã desta sexta-feira (15). Cerejeiras e Rolim de Moura, que também haviam cancelado o exame, já voltaram atrás na decisão e seguem com as provas marcadas para o próximo domingo (17).
O Instituto Federal de Rondônia (Ifro) abriu as inscrições para o curso de Pós-Graduação em Ensino de Língua Portuguesa e Literatura. Ao todo, 40 vagas são ofertadas e as inscrições seguem até 7 de fevereiro.
O curso é voltado para profissionais educadores licenciados e bacharéis em Letras e Pedagogia, que estejam exercendo docência ou não, preferencialmente aqueles que atuam no Ensino Básico em aldeias ou áreas rurais, tendo prioridade aos portadores de diploma de licenciatura e que estejam atuando em sala de aula nas áreas de formação do curso.

Com objetivo de valorizar a música e a cultura em Rondônia será realizado em Vilhena, entre os dias 27 a 31 de janeiro o 5º Festival de Música Portal da Amazônia através de lives.
O festival é um projeto cultural fomentado pela Lei Aldir Blanc por meio do Governo de Rondônia através da Superintendência da Juventude, Cultura, Esporte e Lazer (Sejucel), pelo Edital Pacaás Novos – SEJUCEL.
O evento contará com 10 atrações musicais com vários estilos, entre eles, pop , rock , hip hop, sertanejo entre outros. Além disso, também serão oferecidas três oficinas de iniciação musical durante o evento, e os participantes receberão certificados por e-mail.
O coordenador do projeto, produtor cultural e músico, Marcio Guilhermon, informou que a quinta edição do festival tem um grande diferencial, pois todas as bandas e cantores vão apresentar apenas trabalhos autorais.
“Essa edição vai ser muito boa, os músicos vão apresentar trabalhos autorais e isso é muito positivo, pois incentiva a produção de música em Rondônia além de valorizar os artistas locais”, ressaltou o produtor cultural.
Marcio Guilhermon, explica que o evento será transmitido por live para respeitar a quarentena decretada pelo Governo de Rondônia devido à pandemia do COVID-19, respeitando assim as normas de segurança para evitar a proliferação da doença.
“Estamos muito felizes em promover mais uma edição do festival de música, justamente neste momento difícil, pois vamos levar alegria e esperança para a população com as atrações musicais valorizando os artistas locais”, ressaltou Marcio.

O Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Rondônia (IFRO) prorrogou a Pré-Matrícula para os convocados em 1ª chamada do Processo Seletivo 2021/1 até o dia 13 de janeiro de 2021. A seleção ofertou duas mil vagas em cursos técnicos (Integrado ao Ensino Médio, Subsequente e Concomitante), distribuídas em 38 cursos para os dez campi da instituição, nos municípios de Ariquemes, Cacoal, Colorado do Oeste, Jaru, Ji-Paraná, Guajará-Mirim, Porto Velho, São Miguel do Guaporé e Vilhena.
A Coordenação de Exames e Admissão (CEA-IFRO) destaca que é imprescindível que os documentos para a pré-matrícula sejam enviados de forma on-line, conforme instruções do “Tutorial de Pré-matrícula”, caso contrário, o(a) candidato(a) perderá o direito à vaga. Os documentos devem ser enviados pelos candidatos e/ou seus responsáveis legalmente investidos até às 18 horas do dia 13/1/2021.
Para saber como realizar esse procedimento, é necessário conferir se o(a) candidato(a) foi convocado(a) na lista de 1ª Chamada. Após confirmar a convocação, o próximo passo é o acesso ao “Tutorial de Pré-matrícula” que explica o que é preciso fazer.

Demais etapas
O cronograma com as datas de cada etapa foi atualizado e pode ser conferido no Edital nº 01/2021 – Prorrogação do Período de Matrícula 1ª Chamada.
A segunda etapa, de 5 a 15/01/2021, será de análise documental. Neste momento, haverá análise dos documentos pelas Coordenações de Registros Acadêmicos (CRA/IFRO). Na sequência, a terceira etapa, é o período de retificação de documentos para pré-matrícula pelos candidatos e seus responsáveis legalmente investidos, caso haja necessidade. Isso ocorrerá de 05 a 19/01/2021, e os documentos serão recebidos até às 18 horas.
Por fim, do dia 05 ao dia 22/01/2021, ocorrerá a quarta etapa, em que haverá a confirmação da matrícula. O candidato e o seu responsável legalmente investido deverão acompanhar atentamente o sistema de pré-matrícula durante todo o período de análise de documentos.

Os participantes do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) 2020 devem estar atentos às regras para evitar o contágio pelo novo coronavírus. As medidas que devem ser adotadas tanto na aplicação do Enem impresso quanto do Enem digital estão previstas nos editais dos exames, e o descumprimento poderá levar inclusive à eliminação dos candidatos.
A máscara de proteção facial será item obrigatório nesta edição do Enem. Além de precisar apresentar um documento oficial original com foto e de ter uma caneta esferográfica de tinta preta, fabricada em material transparente, quem não estiver de máscara não poderá fazer a prova.
Dentro de sala, os estudantes deverão permanecer com a máscara durante toda a realização do exame. O edital prevê que a máscara deve ser usada da maneira correta, cobrindo o nariz e a boca. Caso isso não seja feito, o participante será eliminado. Os candidatos poderão levar máscaras para trocar durante a aplicação, seguindo a recomendação de especialistas da área de saúde.
O equipamento de proteção poderá ser retirado apenas para a identificação dos participantes, para comer e beber. Toda vez que retirarem a máscara, os participantes não devem tocar na parte frontal dela, e devem, em seguida, higienizar as mãos com álcool em gel próprio ou fornecido pelo aplicador. As mãos devem ser higienizadas também quando os participantes forem ao banheiro e no decorrer do exame.
Outra regra é o distanciamento social. As salas, de acordo com o Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (Inep), estarão dispostas de forma a assegurar a distância entre os participantes.
Quem for diagnosticado com covid-19 ou apresentar sintomas da doença, ou de outra infectocontagiosa até a realização do exame deve comunicar o Inep pela Página do Participante e pelo telefone 0800 616161. Esses candidatos terão direito de participar da reaplicação do Enem nos dias 23 e 24 de fevereiro.
Pandemia
A realização das provas em um momento de aumento de dos casos e das mortes por covid-19 em todo o país preocupa professores, estudantes, autoridades e especialistas. “É um risco grande mobilizar milhões de pessoas em um momento desses”, diz o professor titular de epidemiologia da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Roberto Medronho. Em todo o país, cerca de 5,8 milhões de estudantes estão inscritos para fazer o Enem, de acordo com o Inep.
Segundo Medronho, as medidas anunciadas ajudam a controlar a transmissão, mas não há um cenário completamente seguro. “Garantia não há. O ideal é suspender o exame. Mas, posso dizer que vai minimizar de forma razoável o risco”, diz.
De acordo com Medronho, os participantes podem também se proteger evitando aglomerações nos portões do local exame, mantendo um distanciamento de pelo menos 1,5 metro das pessoas ao redor, mesmo antes de entrar na prova. Devem também, mesmo que não seja obrigatório, levar máscaras para trocar ao longo do exame. “Recomendo que levem duas máscaras e que na metade da prova troque pela máscara nova. Com isso, estarão protegendo a si mesmos e protegendo os colegas”, orienta.
Pedidos de adiamento
Com o agravamento da pandemia, surgiu nas redes sociais um novo movimento pedindo o adiamento do Enem. O Brasil bateu a marca de 200 mil pessoas mortas pela covid-19. O número diário de óbitos ultrapassou a marca de 1 mil por dia.
Na sexta-feira (8), a Defensoria Pública da União apresentou novo pedido de tutela de urgência para o adiamento das provas do Enem. As provas, de acordo com o pedido, devem ser adiadas “até que possa ser feito de maneira segura, ou ao menos enquanto a situação não esteja tão periclitante quanto agora”.
Mais de 40 entidades científicas, entre elas a Sociedade Brasileira para o Progresso da Ciência (SBPC), Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação (Anped) e Associação Brasileira de Saúde Coletiva (Abrasco), assinaram nota conjunta pedindo também o adiamento das provas. “É necessário adiar o Enem e é urgente que secretarias estaduais de Educação coordenem planejamentos para garantir as condições pedagógicas e sanitárias para que todos os estudantes participem do Enem. Esse exame existe para incidir na redução das desigualdades do acesso ao ensino superior e não pode servir para ampliar desigualdades ou, o que é inaceitável, se tornar espaço vetor de uma pandemia”, diz a nota.
Inep
O Inep decidiu manter o exame, para garantir que os estudantes tenham acesso ao ensino superior e possam continuar a formação. Em entrevista à Agência Brasil, o presidente do Inep, Alexandre Lopes, afirmou que a autarquia preparou-se para fazer o exame em um contexto de pandemia. “Temos a segurança [de] que a prova deve ser feita e que as condições de aplicação são adequadas, são as que precisam ser tomadas.”
O Enem 2020 será aplicado na versão impressa nos dias 17 e 24 de janeiro e, na versão digital, nos dias 31 de janeiro e 7 de fevereiro.
O Governo do Estado de Rondônia, por meio da Secretaria de Estado da Educação (Seduc), realiza nos dias 13, 14, 20 e 21 de janeiro o “Aulão Seduc Rondônia”, com o objetivo de preparar e auxiliar os estudantes dos terceiros anos do ensino médio e egressos da Rede Estadual para o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) 2020, que acontece nos dias 17 e 24 de janeiro de 2021.
A diretora-geral de Educação, Irany Oliveira, destaca que os aulões serão ministrados por professores especializados em conteúdos para o Enem. “Serão quatro tardes de estudos e revisão de conteúdos com professores de todas as áreas do conhecimento e os estudantes receberão dicas e lembretes sobre o exame”.
Os estudantes devem ficar atentos aos locais e horários de realização das provas do Enem. As consultas podem ser realizadas por meio do cartão de confirmação na Página do Participante que fica no site do Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (Inep), ou através do aplicativo Enem para celular. É importante levar documento com foto e caneta esferográfica, cor preta em material transparente.
