O Ministério da Educação publica hoje (8) a relação de candidatos aprovados na segunda chamada do Programa Universidade para Todos (Prouni) de 2021. O prazo para que os selecionados comprovem as informações que foram prestadas na inscrição encerrará no dia 24 de fevereiro.
A lista com o nome dos selecionados para o primeiro processo seletivo de 2021, bem como o cronograma do programa, pode ser acessada por meio do site do Prouni.
Neste ano, o programa oferece bolsas para 13.117 cursos em 1.031 instituições de ensino, localizadas em todos os estados e no Distrito Federal. Mais de 162 mil bolsas estão sendo ofertadas nesta edição do Prouni. Desse total, 52.839 são para cursos na modalidade de educação à distância.
Critérios
Para ter acesso à bolsa integral, o estudante deve comprovar renda familiar bruta mensal de até 1,5 salário mínimo (R$ 1.650) por pessoa. Para a bolsa parcial, a renda familiar bruta mensal deve ser de até 3 salários mínimos por pessoa (R$ 3.300).
É necessário também que o interessado tenha cursado o ensino médio completo em escola da rede pública ou da rede privada, desde que na condição de bolsista integral. Professores da rede pública de ensino também podem disputar uma bolsa, e, nesse caso não se aplica o limite de renda exigido dos demais candidatos.
É preciso ainda que o candidato tenha feito a edição mais recente do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem), tenha alcançado, no mínimo, 450 pontos de média das notas e não tenha tirado zero na redação.
Excepcionalmente neste ano, os interessados serão selecionados de acordo com as notas do Enem de 2019, uma vez que as provas do Enem 2020 foram adiadas em razão da pandemia da covid-19 e apenas o primeiro dia de provas foi realizado.
Em meio à crise econômica provocada pela pandemia do novo coronavírus, a classe do transporte escolar vem sofrendo com a falta de receitas em decorrência da suspensão das aulas da rede pública em Rondônia. A categoria trava uma verdadeira queda de braços com o executivo estadual, que se nega a repassar 35% da verba destinada ao transporte escolar. O valor é previsto na Lei 4.885, promulgada em novembro de 2020 pela Assembleia Legislativa, na tentativa de socorrer o setor.
Mesmo o repasse previsto em Lei, o governador Marcos Rocha se nega a efetuar o pagamento, alegando que a nova lei cria despesas para o estado, o que seria inconstitucional. De acordo com o presidente da Associação das Empresas de Transporte Escolar de Rondônia (Assetero), Hevert Bueno, a lei não cria despesas para o governo estadual. “Esse argumento do governo não é verídico, já que a verba destinada a pagar o transporte escolar já é prevista no orçamento. O objetivo é que se pague pelo menos 35% do contrato para custeio de despesas fixas das empresas, entre elas o pagamento da folha salarial dos trabalhadores deste ramo”, ressalta.
Além disso, Bueno explica que o governo do estado repassa emenda para os municípios celebrarem convênio com as empresas do ramo de transporte escolar, conforme previsto no orçamento. Contudo, com a suspensão das aulas em março de 2020, sem previsão de retorno em curto prazo, a fim de evitar que as prefeituras paguem os 35%, conforme previsto em lei, a Secretaria de Estado da Educação está pedindo aos executivos municipais a devolução da verba não usada no ano passado.
O presidente da Assetero ainda destaca que, várias reuniões foram realizadas na Casa Civil, na tentativa que o impasse fosse resolvido, mas sem sucesso. De acordo com entendimento da Lei 4.885/2020, as despesas fixas das empresas são categorizadas como subvenção social e por isso prevê que nenhum trabalhador do ramo do transporte escolar tenha o contrato de trabalho rescindido, desta forma criando estabilidade para os funcionários no período pandêmico, e que as empresas mantenham as frotas em condições de rodar, caso as aulas retornem, mas para isso é necessário que seja feito o pagamento. “Reconhecemos o transporte escolar como ferramenta facilitadora do acesso da aprendizagem dos alunos que residem no campo, por isso acredito no fortalecimento das identidades campestre e cultural das pessoas que vivem nas localidades longe da zona urbana e que lá constroem suas histórias de vida”, pontuou.
O desacordo se estende à esfera jurídica, já que o governo de Rondônia, tenta na justiça se livrar da obrigatoriedade do pagamento, contudo, já sofreu uma derrota em primeira instância.

O Calendário Escolar da Rede Estadual de Ensino, inicia no próximo dia 22 de fevereiro de 2021 de forma remota. As atividades presenciais nas unidades educacionais do Estado continuam suspensas conforme Decreto nº 25.784, de 1º de fevereiro de 2021, publicado pelo Governo do Estado de Rondônia para garantir a segurança e a saúde dos estudantes e da população em geral.
Devido o avanço da Covid-19 a Secretaria de Estado da Educação (Seduc) trabalhou com aulas remotas e conteúdos impressos para atender a comunidade estudantil. No ano passado, os profissionais da educação receberam capacitação, por meio de treinamentos para utilização das plataformas de aprendizagem on-line. Para o retorno do Calendário Escolar 2021, o secretário da Educação, Suamy Vivecananda destacou que desde de 2020 o governador de Rondônia, coronel Marcos Rocha, por meio da equipe de Governo, vem realizando estudos e planejamentos junto aos órgãos de controle e acompanhamento da pandemia do novo coronavírus, para o retorno das aulas de forma segura.
“Neste primeiro momento está sendo realizado pela Seduc o acolhimento e formação aos profissionais da educação da Rede Estadual de Ensino para auxiliar no desenvolvimento de ações e integração de toda a comunidade escolar. Somando-se a isto, o Estado está preparado para atender os estudantes no retorno remoto”, disse o secretário.
AULAS PRESENCIAIS
Para o início das aulas presenciais, a Seduc estuda, juntamente com órgãos de acompanhamento da pandemia e os municípios, a possibilidade de um retorno de forma escalonada. O secretário da Educação destacou que o possível retorno presencial respeitará os requisitos embasados nos protocolos sanitários de saúde, incluídos no plano de retorno às aulas presenciais destinados às unidades de ensino e disponíveis aos municípios.
“É provável que o retorno dos 3º anos do ensino médio se anteceda aos 9º anos do ensino fundamental. Conforme o avanço da vacina contra a Covid-19 for efetivada vamos ampliando o retorno das atividades presenciais nas escolas da rede estadual, além disso, aqueles estudantes que os pais ou responsáveis não se sentirem seguros para enviar seus filhos às escolas, poderão declarar em documento para as unidades educacionais que os filhos não retornarão presencialmente, optando pelo ensino remoto”, pontuou Vivecananda.
A Secretaria aguarda a entrega dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs), que foram adquiridos por meio de processo licitatório realizado pela Superintendência Estadual de Licitações (Supel). “Todas as ações necessárias a serem tomadas já estão sendo estudadas, para garantir maior segurança aos estudantes no possível retorno presencial”, destacou.
Em relação ao transporte escolar, a Secretaria em parceria com os municípios estuda a viabilidade de atendimento aos estudantes quanto a possibilidade de um retorno unificado de acordo com as fases de cada município, respeitando o distanciamento e a capacidade de carga conforme instruções do Protocolo de Transporte Escolar.
Quanto as escalas para o retorno, as unidades escolares da Rede Estadual, deverão deliberar a distribuição e escalonamento dos seus alunos com base nas orientações do plano de retorno às aulas presenciais, utilizando como apoio para tomada de decisão, visando o retorno gradual das atividades com manutenção de um ambiente seguro e saudável para estudantes, professores, técnicos e a comunidade.

O decreto que autorizou o retorno das aulas presenciais nas unidades escolares municipais e privadas de Vilhena se tornou motivo para extensas discussões nas redes sociais. Publicado nessa quinta-feira (04 de fevereiro), o documento trazia a informação de que a data para o retorno presencial não estava definida.
Com os comentários que surgiram, a Prefeitura se posicionou sobre a forma como o calendário escolar acontecerá nesse início de semestre. A data prevista para o início do ano letivo é dia 08 de fevereiro, com a modalidade online nas instituições. A expectativa para o retorno presencial depende, como explicou a assessoria, de uma melhora no índice dos casos municipais de Covid-19.
O decreto municipal de autorização será apenas um adiamento, para que a Secretaria de Educação de Vilhena (SEMED) possa começar a planejar como aconteceria um possível retorno dos alunos às dependências escolares. Além disso, a resolução também tem como objetivo estabelecer normas e regras sanitárias que deverão ser respeitadas pela comunidade escolar.
Entre as regras estão:
O acompanhamento de casos no âmbito estudantil (com medidas de suspensão nas atividades, afastamento de possíveis contaminados, etc.);
Fornecimento de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI’s) para todos os membros do convívio escolar desde trabalhadores em geral até alunos;
Limpeza e assepsia dos transportes escolares utilizados, antes e após o uso pelos alunos;
Suspensão de eventos abertos à comunidade ou que promovam qualquer atividade envolvendo aglomeração;
Marcações com orientação de distanciamento serão realizadas. Bebedouros estarão disponíveis apenas para que o aluno encha seu copo (trazido de casa). Carteiras serão marcadas com nome do aluno e álcool em gel será disponibilizado em toda a escola.
Disponibilização de tecnologias para que os pais/responsáveis possam optar pela modalidade online, continuando o ensino domiciliar, caso prefiram.
Com todas as indicações realizadas, o retorno ainda deverá se dar de maneira escalonada e gradual (iniciando pela Educação Infantil, anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, anos finais do Ensino Fundamental, EJA, Ensino Médio e Educação Especial). A ordem deverá seguir o protocolo de 14 dias para o retorno do próximo grupo.

A Prefeitura de Vilhena emitiu decreto autorizando o retorno das aulas presenciais, durante a tarde desta quinta-feira (04 de fevereiro) em todas as Unidade de Ensino municipais e privadas. A data deverá agora ser definida pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SEMED).
O processo de retorno, como definido no decreto N° 51.587 de 04 de fevereiro de 2021, deverá acontecer de forma gradual e escalonada. Apesar da decisão, atividades que possam gerar aglomeração nos âmbitos escolares acima das quantidades fixadas estão suspensas.
Todas as instituições de ensino passarão por uma avaliação da Vigilância Sanitária Municipal, que atestará se o ambiente está apto a receber as crianças e adolescentes nesse período.
Os pais de alunos que não queiram mandar seus filhos para a aula presencial, terão a possibilidade em assinar um termo aderindo à modalidade online. As escolas estarão obrigadas a fornecer material e meios para que os alunos estudem, mesmo que de forma não presencial.
As instituições também deverão notificar casos suspeitos, confirmados e recuperados para o Sistema de Informação e Monitoramento dos casos suspeitos e confirmados de COVID-19, que irá monitorar a situação de possíveis contaminações na comunidade escolar.

A Secretaria Municipal de Educação (Semed) informa que ainda há vagas disponíveis para as turmas de 1ª a 8ª série da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) na Rede Municipal de Ensino para o ano letivo de 2021.
A modalidade é ofertada pelas escolas municipais Gorete Domingos (antiga Marcos Donadon) e Vilma Vieira, para pessoas maiores de 15 anos que não conseguiram concluir os estudos.
O interessado ou responsável pelo aluno deve ligar na unidade de ensino, das 7h às 13h, e agendar o horário para a realização da matrícula. No ato da inscrição, deve apresentar os seguintes documentos (cópia e originais): certidão de nascimento, CPF do aluno, cartão do SUS, tipagem sanguínea, comprovante de endereço, cartão do bolsa família (caso seja inscrito no programa), RG e CPF do responsável e uma foto 3×4.
