A Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SEMED) emitiu um comunicado em suas redes sociais nesta quarta-feira (03 de janeiro), sobre as matrículas. Em 2021, os responsáveis estão recorrendo ao sistema online para a reserva de vaga nas escolas, tendo em vista o período de pandemia e as regras de distanciamento.
No entanto, a Secretaria comunicou que após a reserva é necessário que os pais entreguem os documentos exigidos para a efetivação da matrícula. O cadastro online é apenas uma reserva, a fim de evitar extensas filas e aglomeração nos ambientes escolares.
Os pais ou responsáveis que ainda não receberam a ligação das respectivas escolas onde matricularam seus filhos, devem entrar em contato com as unidades para agendar a entrega dos documentos. O período para a reserva de vagas acabou no dia 29 de janeiro.

A secretaria municipal de Educação (Semed) encerrou na última sexta-feira, 29 de janeiro, o período para a realização das reservas de vagas on-line na Rede Municipal de Ensino. De acordo com o levantamento da Semed, mais de 10 mil alunos foram matriculados para as turmas de Educação Infantil (Creche, Pré I e Pré II), Ensino Fundamental e Educação Jovens e Adultos (EJA), para o ano letivo de 2021.
“Estamos bem contentes com o resultado. Essa foi a primeira vez que implantamos o sistema de matrículas on-line e os gestores e pais avaliaram de forma bem positiva o método, que evitou filas, aglomerações e agilizou todo o processo”, ressaltou Amanda Martins, coordenadora pedagógica da Semed.
No auditório da Prefeitura foram realizados mais de 160 atendimentos presenciais para aqueles que não têm acesso à internet ou encontraram alguma dificuldade durante o processo. A Semed também esteve auxiliando as pessoas pela internet, através das redes sociais oficiais da secretaria. Ao todo, cerca de 200 pessoas foram atendidas entre os dias 27 a 29 de janeiro.
Larissa Orneles, mãe da Júlia Orneles, matriculada na rede municipal, elogiou o atendimento da equipe.“Eu vim de outra cidade e até então, nunca tinha feito a matrícula da minha filha de forma on-line. A equipe e o atendimento foram excelentes”, disse.
Os pais ou responsáveis que ainda não receberam o telefonema das escolas podem entrar em contato com a unidade de ensino para agendar a entrega dos documentos e efetivar a matrícula. A lista de contatos de cada unidade escolar está ao fim do texot.
Já na confirmação presencial, os pais devem apresentar os seguintes documentos (cópia e originais): certidão de nascimento, CPF do aluno, cartão do SUS, tipagem sanguínea, comprovante de endereço, cartão do bolsa família (caso seja inscrito no programa), RG e CPF do responsável e uma foto 3×4.
Conforme explicou Ronaldo Alevato, professor e secretário municipal de Educação, a previsão é que as aulas iniciem no dia 8 de fevereiro com atividades não-presenciais.

Com um dia de atraso, o resultado da pré-seleção para bolsas oferecidas pelo Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil (Fies) 2021 foi publicado na manhã desta quarta-feira (3). Os candidatos às 93 mil bolsas podem consultar o resultado no site do programa ou na instituição para a qual se inscreveu.
Segundo o Ministério da Educação (MEC), serão disponibilizados R$ 500 milhões para as bolsas de financiamento estudantil. Os candidatos pré-selecionados deverão complementar sua inscrição entre os dias 3 e 5 de fevereiro de 2021.
De acordo com o MEC, os candidatos não selecionados integrarão uma lista de espera, podendo ser convocados a qualquer momento, até o dia 18 de março.
A Agência Brasil entrou em contato com o MEC para saber o motivo do atraso na divulgação do resultado, mas ainda não obteve resposta. Nas redes sociais, os candidatos se queixaram do atraso no cronograma.

A seleção para o Fies é feita com base nas notas do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem). Na edição deste ano, pode participar quem fez o Enem entre 2010 e 2019, obteve média acima de 450 e não zerou a redação. As notas de 2020 não poderão ser utilizadas devido ao adiamento das provas, que foram aplicadas somente em janeiro de 2021. Outro pré-requisito é ter renda familiar mensal bruta, por pessoa, de até três salários mínimos.
Financiamento
Criado em 1999, o Fies tem como meta facilitar o acesso ao crédito para financiamento de cursos de ensino superior oferecidos por instituições privadas. O programa é ofertado em duas modalidades desde 2018, por meio do Fies e do Programa de Financiamento Estudantil (P-Fies).
O primeiro é operado pelo governo federal, com juros zero, para estudantes que têm renda familiar de até três salários mínimos por pessoa. O percentual máximo do valor do curso financiado é definido de acordo com a renda familiar e os encargos educacionais cobrados pelas instituições de ensino.
Já o P-Fies tem regras específicas e funciona com recursos dos fundos constitucionais e dos bancos privados participantes, o que implica cobrança de juros.

Embora Governo do Estado tenha liberado retorno, regras municipais devem ser respeitadas pelas redes estadual, municipal e privada
A Secretaria Municipal de Educação (Semed) irá apresentar nesta quarta-feira, às 10h, em evento on-line, os detalhes do Plano de Retorno às Aulas Presenciais, conforme autorização do decreto estadual n° 25.782. Diversas regras serão exigidas e, segundo o Governo do Estado, toda a rede de ensino local (estadual, municipal e privada) deverá seguir as normas a serem publicadas pela Prefeitura.
Além de atender às medidas de segurança sanitária expostas no plano, todas as escolas precisarão também ser vistoriadas pela Vigilância Sanitária e pelo Corpo de Bombeiros antes de retomarem suas atividades.
Algumas normas já estão bem expressas no decreto estadual, que determina a suspensão das “atividades educacionais presenciais regulares na rede estadual até a finalização do plano de retomada junto à Secretaria de Estado da Educação”. Já no caso das instituições de ensino públicas municipais “o retorno às aulas fica a critério de cada gestor municipal, de acordo com o plano de retomada de cada Município, e ainda, as diretrizes estabelecidas pelas notas técnicas da Agevisa”.
Em Vilhena, classificada na Fase 3 do decreto estadual, a retomada às aulas presenciais da rede particular deve acontecer “de forma gradual e escalonada de até 50% de sua taxa de ocupação com o distanciamento mínimo de 120 centímetros entre as carteiras”.
No decreto estadual fica assegurado também o direito aos pais ou responsáveis dos alunos, bem como maiores de idade pertencentes às instituições de ensino privadas, a optarem pelo ensino presencial ou pelas atividades educacionais remotas (on-line).
Além disso, o Governo abre a possibilidade de as instituições de ensino disponibilizarem salas de informática ou laboratórios de aulas práticas, salas de recurso, espaços para aulas de reforço e tira-dúvidas aos alunos com o objetivo de garantir acesso de seus alunos ao material on-line do ensino remoto, sendo obrigatória a adoção das medidas de segurança sanitárias nestes espaços.
A Procuradoria Geral do Município (PGM) recomenda a todas as instituições de ensino que aguardem a divulgação do Plano Municipal de Retorno às Aulas Presenciais, nesta quarta-feira, para deliberar ou divulgar suas respectivas retomadas. A PGM lembra ainda às instituições da rede privada que estas também devem buscar autorização para retorno junto à Vigilância Sanitária, conforme plano e nota técnica.

RETOMADA DAS AULAS presenciais deve acontecer com extensa normativa de segurança sanitária
O primeiro dia de aplicação da versão digital do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) registrou a ausência de 68,1% dos 93 mil candidatos inscritos. De acordo com o Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (Inep), ao todo, 34.590 candidatos fizeram as provas.
O presidente do Inep, Alexandre Lopes, atribui as faltas principalmente à pandemia do novo coronavírus. “O índice de abstenção continua alto, como também teve no Enem impresso. A gente entende que isso é muito em função da pandemia. Alguns locais estão em lockdown, as pessoas não saíram de suas casas para fazer as provas”, diz. O Enem impresso, finalizado no último domingo (24), teve abstenção recorde na história do exame. Mais da metade dos candidatos não compareceu.
Por conta da pandemia, o Inep adotou uma série de medidas de segurança, como o uso obrigatório de máscaras cobrindo o nariz e a boca, a disponibilização de álcool em gel nos locais de prova e a antecipação da abertura dos portões, das 12h para as 11h30, no horário de Brasília. Candidatos com sintomas da covid-19 ou de outra doença infectocontagiosa não deveriam comparecer ao local de prova. Esses candidatos terão direito a reaplicação do exame, nos dias 23 e 24 de fevereiro.
Ao todo, até o momento, 174 participantes pediram para participar da reaplicação. Desses pedidos, 118 foram aceitos pelo Inep. O pedido deve ser feito pela Página do Participante. O prazo ainda será definido. Mais 70 candidatos foram eliminados por desrespeitarem as regras do exame.
Segundo Lopes, o exame marca o início de mudanças não apenas no próprio Enem, que deverá se tornar 100% digital até 2026, como nas demais avaliações do Inep, que deverão também passar a ser feitas no formato digital. “Agora em 2021 a gente fez uma grande mudança, começando uma nova jornada, que é o começo da digitalização das avaliações e dos exames feitos pelo Inep. O primeiro a ser escolhido foi justamente o Enem”, diz.
Atrasos na aplicação
Neste domingo, participantes relataram atrasos no início da aplicação das provas por problemas técnicos ou mesmo impedimento na realização do exame. De acordo com o diretor de Tecnologia e Disseminação de Informações Educacionais do Inep, Camilo Mussi, isso ocorreu por problemas de um dos servidores na transmissão das provas para os computadores. Os exames foram enviados neste domingo, pela internet, pelas máquinas antecipadamente cadastradas para o Enem.
A transmissão atrasou, de acordo com o diretor, até as 1h30. “Gostaríamos que todos tivessem começado as provas às 13h30. Não foi possível. Alguns participantes, pelo tempo, foram embora e terão direito à reaplicação”, diz.
O presidente do Inep enfatiza que aqueles que não conseguiram fazer a prova hoje poderão, caso desejem, fazer as provas no próximo domingo (7) e pedir para fazer apenas o primeiro dia do exame na data da reaplicação. “Tivemos alguns problemas? Tivemos, mas todo processo novo, inédito, está sujeito a obstáculos, empecilhos”, diz.
Enem digital
Esta é a primeira vez que o Enem é aplicado no formato digital, de forma piloto. As provas começaram a ser aplicadas hoje, quando os participantes responderam as questões de linguagens, ciências humanas e fizeram a redação. No próximo domingo, resolverão as questões de matemática e ciências da natureza. As provas serão disponibilizadas ao final de cada dia de aplicação. Os cadernos de prova do primeiro dia podem ser baixados na página do Inep. Os gabaritos oficiais serão disponibilizados até o dia 10 de fevereiro.
As notas poderão ser usadas para concorrer a vagas no ensino superior e participar de programas como o Sistema de Seleção Unificada (Sisu), Programa Universidade para Todos (ProUni) e Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil (Fies).
A versão impressa do Enem 2020 foi aplicada nos dias 17 e 24 de janeiro. Cerca de 2,5 milhões de estudantes fizeram as provas. O exame, tanto o impresso quanto o digital, foi suspenso no estado do Amazonas e o impresso foi suspenso em Rolim de Moura (RO) e em Espigão D’Oeste (RO) devido aos impactos da pandemia nessas localidades. Esses estudantes poderão fazer as provas também na reaplicação. Segundo o Ministério da Educação, foram cerca de 20 ações judiciais, em todo o país, contrárias à realização do exame.
